Return Policy

  1. To return a product, please get in touch with our customer care team at hello@absolutelystunning.in or +91 89510-60999 within 2 days from the delivery date.
  2. To help us process your request faster, kindly mention your order number in the subject line.
  3. After receiving your request for a return, we will send you a confirmation mail. Kindly allow us a maximum of 7 working days to process your request.
  4. We take utmost care that we exceed your expectations with our exclusive sarees, but if you are unsatisfied with our saree you can always return the saree within 2 days of receipt.
  5. Please note that returns are not accepted for the  Sarees where the blouse material has been cut after receipt by customer
  6. To facilitate the return process, kindly ensure that the product is not used, washed or damaged. We also request you to keep the packaging, tags and invoice intact.
  7. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or tampered package, we request you not to accept it from the delivery personnel.
    • Kindly notify us about the same immediately via email, along with pictures of the damaged packaging.
    • To ease the process, please reach out to us at the time of delivery itself to help us coordinate with the courier team on how to proceed further.
    • The replacement of the damaged product is dependent on the nature of the damage and the report submitted by the courier. You can either choose to have the payment refunded to your account or get store credit of the same value.
  8. Please ensure that the product to be returned is securely packed to avoid any loss or damage during transit.
  9. For international orders, in the event of returns the customer will be charged return shipping fees and any applicable duty/taxes for the shipment.
  10. The product must be returned in its original state for refund to be processed.
  11. Absolutely Stunning reserves the right to reject wrong or unreasonable or frequent return claims by a customer.

Exchange

  1. Each Saree is an unique master piece, Hence we will not be able to process exchange.
  2. Upon receiving the return request approval mail from us, you will have an option to choose between refund or credit note.
  3. Please note that shipping charges for the return will not be borne by us. And in the case of international customers, our policy does not cover the applicable customs and duty charges.
  4. Any product that cannot be returned to us as per the above policy, cannot be considered for return.
